Sockeye Salmon Dip
Ingredients:
1 can (150 gr/5.3 oz) RAINCOAST
TRADING skinless, boneless sockeye
salmon, drained
½ cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
½ cup (125 ml) cream
cheese, softened
¼ cup (50 ml) each, red
onion and celery, minced
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh parsley,
chopped
1 tsp (5 ml) Cajun spice (optional)
Salt (optional) and pepper,
to taste
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish |
Preparation:
Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese
together until smooth
In a separate bowl, flake salmon
with a fork
Add onions, celery, parsley, and
dill
Combine all ingredients and toss
gently
Add salt & pepper to taste
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish
with dill
Serve with your choice of baguette,
crackers and/or tortilla chips
Enjoy!
