Dear RainCoast Trading,
I have never written any company about their product before. However, in this case, I just had to. I was at my local health food store and ran across your Albacore Tuna and Red Salmon. I had been concerned about the growing levels of mercury, etc in the fish I was consuming. I had read that smaller fish were less contaminated and that hook and line catching of smaller fish was one way to minimize that risk to my health. When I read the way your company does business I decided to give you a try. What I did not expect was the absolutely delicious taste and quality of your products. I now can see absolutely that the regular supermarket brands that are readily available are inferior in everyway. The Albacore Tuna I just had was moist, tender and needed absolutely nothing with it to enhance it in anyway. I started out to use it in a recipe and I sat down and ate the whole can straight after that first nibble. You guys are Rock Stars!! My health and taste buds approve wholeheartedly!
